More #stampwanking ! Hit up @brewdogbirm this evening and took on a @sirencraftbrew stout showcase flight. Very excited for this!!

Caribbean Chocolate Ginger Cake by @sirencraftbrew
7.4% Stout
Ginger forward. Opaque black, little to no head. Strong ginger aroma. Very lightly carbonated, ginger up front, smoky roasty choc finish.
4/5 only because the ginger gets a but sickly.

Death by Caribbean Chocolate Cake by @sirencraftbrew
10.5% Imperial Tropical Stout
Chocolate forward. Opaque black with little to no head. Strong dark chocolate aroma and cake. Carbonated. Bitter coffee and roasty dark chocolate finish.
4/5 only because the carbonation got to me, would have liked this to be smooth.

Barrel Aged Caribbean Chocolate Cake by @sirencraftbrew
8.7% Barrel Aged Tropical Stout
Oak forward. Opaque black with a low creamy tan head. Oak and bourbon aroma, then chocolate. Lightly carbonated then smooth, bourbon and smooth chocolate finish.
4.5/5 I liked this one the best of the four.

Bourbon Aged Primal Cut by @sirencraftbrew
10% Smoked Imperial Porter
Whiskey forward. Opaque black, no head. Smoky, peat aroma, very subtle berry. Tart, earthy peat and then a blackcurrant finish, dry.
4.5/5 as good as this was a ⅓ was enough to really get a feel for it.
