My beer adventures last weekend has got me behind, but finally here are my tasting notes for our beers from The Thomas Tallis:
Moose Mousse by @fiercebeer
Chocolate forward. Opaque black with a low beige head. Sweet malty chocolate aroma. Lightly carbonated, lightly bitter, smooth chocolate finish.
Fog cutter @hollerbrewery
Hop forward. Clear yellow with a thick white head. Small carbonation bubbles. Buttery citrus hop aroma. Lightly lemony, citrus up front. Light malt finish.

Mint forward. Opaque black with a low head. Murray Mint aroma. Buttery, chocolate and mint.
CAM-RAA and the masters of the Brewniverse by @downlandsbrewery
Malt forward. Black with red highlights and a low tan head. Bitter chocolate aroma, subtle coffee. Smooth, creamy chocolate, light bitter finish.
The Bear Baltic Porter by @hollerbrewery
Malt forward. Opaque black, thick with a beige head. Fresh malty chocolate aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly bitter, coffee and chocolate finish.
Polemarch by @spartanbrewery
Hop forward. Clear gold with a creamy white head that laces. Spicy, malt, orange citrus. Slightly buttery. Earthy taste up front, peppery, tangerine finish.
Hockley Soul by McCann’s
Malt forward. Very dark brown with a low bubbly head. Malty aroma, lightly fruity. Smooth mouthfeel, light, bitter coffee.
Yello Cello by Three Blind Mice Brewery
Hop forward. Hazy yellow lemon with a creamy white head. Grapefruit and resin/pine aroma. Carbonated. Grapefruit and nettle, very fruity.

Hop forward. Gold with a white bubbly head. Buttery hop aroma. Lightly fizzy, light citrus taste.
